Learning to love and care for ourselves are two of the most important things we can do. When we take the time to love and care for ourselves, we can love and care for others. My intention is to share these messages in my new novel - Love's Troubadours - Karma: Book One, writing, art, yoga teaching, and reiki healing touch services.

I would first like to thank you for the invite. You are my first so thanks:) Secondly I am impressed with your background and interests. Thirdly would like to connect with you on a few of like interests one the arts of course.I am a visual artist first, although I write more than anything. I love natures laws and have an interest in law in general. I am a part of the African Wholistic Health Association which runs the African Wholistic Wellness Center @ 3038 34th Street Mt. Rainier, MD above Dar Es Salaam Bookstore. We work with the same healing and health issues mentioned in your Bio. I co-coordinate the Men's Healing CIrcle at the Center which takes place every thursday. Tell a Bro! The Women's CIrcle will begin again in the new year. Come and check out the center and add on.
